We are all very much saddened by the sudden loss of our dear brother and colleague Syed Shadiqur Rahman. We met on number of occasions and discussed many important issues whenever we visited Swansea. All brothers in Swansea specially our late Sheikh Mahmudul Hasan Khan (former Imam of Swansea) used to talk about brother Syed Shadiqur Rahman’s upright character and his commitment for the work of Islam. He used to identify him as the future leader of Islam in Swansea. His sudden death is a loss for all community... We ask Allah (swt) to forgive him and overlook his all shortcomings and accept all his good works and reward him Jannatul Ferdous (Garden of Paradise). We also ask Allah (swt) to support his family and give them ability to be patient for His sake and help them to become better Muslims.
